Return and refund policy

Problem with the products received. You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

ZIPRAVS.com strives to provide the best service to our customers but we are only human and occasionally mistakes can happen.
If its happened to you were very sorry and well do our best to get right items to you as soon as possible.
Please contact us and include your ID and item of your purchase.
We will give you information to return the item.

Exchanges

If a replacement size, color or alternative items are required you will need to place a new order. Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. 

Returns

Once in a while, we have buyers wanting to return item even though there are no problems with the item.
We understand there may be personal reasons and therefore we are willing to accept return.
Please send back the item to us first.
After we inspect the item and confirm it is still in pristine condition with original packaging, we will refund full amount less shipping cost to you. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost which incurs in the process.
 

 

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original(new) condition, which includes tags and any packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.(or will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.)

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This credit will not include any original shipping charges.(Except in the case of Damaged or Defective items).

You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history. We will email you a receipt confirming the credit!
 

How to send your return or exchange

1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.
3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
4. Send the return package to the following address:

- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- It is recommended that you use Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- To receive credit, items must be returned within 45 days of delivery.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 7 days of our receiving the returned order.
- Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
